Residentail Projects in Revit

In order to increase the flexibility of the Revit Template, new items have been added for residential projects.

1. Residential/Commercial Plan Views: These views will be attached to the same levels, but each will have different scales and filters for different projects.

2. Residential Plan View Filters: Filters have been added to the Residential Plans to distinguish between different wall types.

The filters are controlled by the wall properties. To get the Shear Wall Hatch switch the Structural Usage to "Structural Combined". To get the interior bearing wall hatch, use the Interior Wall family. Interior non load bearing walls should have the check box "Unchecked" which will automatically change the Structural Usage to "Non-bearing".
