Statement of Special Inspection

In order to better communicate the special inspection requirements the "Statement of Special Inspection" family was created. The inspection requirement and frequencies were pulled from the IBC. By checking the IBC 06 or 09 the Code references will update automatically (the default is 2012 or later). Check the box next to each construction type to add/subtract from the list.

Design Information Schedule

The Design Information Schedule located on the General Notes sheet will contain the typical design information required by building departments. Use the properties to control the information shown.

Tips:
1. Checking "IRC" will switch the building code to the residential code.
2. The Soils Information can be configured for several different options using the check boxes.
3. The Wind Speed will switch to Ultimate or Basic based on the Building Code Year.
4. The Wind Design Information will automatically calculate pressures based on input information.
